About this episode
A lanky schoolmaster from Connecticut rides home alone from an autumn party at the Van Tassel farm on a borrowed plow horse named Gunpowder, along the same roads the people of Sleepy Hollow say belong at night to the ghost of a Hessian trooper, still out looking for the head a cannonball took from him.
