Frank retired from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (ATF) in 2014, which is part of the U.S. Department of Justice, after 25 years of service. The majority of his career was as a Supervisory Special Agent (GS-14). His primary duties were in relation to complex investigations to include undercover operations.
