Jes Staley, the former Barclays chief executive and former JPMorgan Chase executive, has agreed to sit for a voluntary, transcribed interview with the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on July 23 about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. The interview was requested by Oversight Chairman James Comer as part of the committee’s broader probe into how Epstein was able to maintain access to elite financial, legal, political, and social networks for years despite his criminal history.
